I planned to discuss this with the hotel chain to have the case reviewed by internal quality control but this hotel, part of Atlantic Hotels Brazil does not provide any email or telephone access on its site, it does not provide the required customer complaints our Ouvidoria service, so the conclusion cannot be other than that this hotel does not want to hear about quality issues from its guests. So this is a big unacceptable and we do not need to think further about reviewing, it is a lost case. I have not uploaded the photos to not put readers in an unpleasant situation. This hotel gave me a big turnoff: upon going to bed, I noticed that the bedlinen had been used and had not been changed for clean sheets: hairs in the bed and big semen stains obviously of a previous guest. The subway station is 1 km away, and Brasilia International Airport is 14 km from América Bittar Brasilia.
